In this class, Amie will break down the fundamentals of wine and food pairing in a clear practical way that you can actually use. You’ll learn how acidity, weight and flavor platy together, how to avoid common pairing mistakes, and how to make confident choices at the table. This session is designed to take the mystery out of pairing and make everyday meals more enjoyable.
