Our texas wine club

There is no cost to join the wine club.

We will keep your credit card on file in our secure system. You will receive an email one week prior to billing that will outline what’s in the new release and allow you to login and customize your wines before we charge your card.

4 allocations per year, seasonally curated by our team.

Allocations are available for pick up anytime during or after a release weekend.

You are welcome to redeem your wine club tastings anytime during regular tasting room hours. The member on the account must be present. Simply let our staff know that you would like to use one of your wine club tastings.

Yes! One week prior to billing you will receive an email outlining the wines our winemaker has seasonally selected, and the ability to login to your wine club account and make any preferred changes to your wines.

If you have requested to have your wines shipped, all shipments are scheduled for Ground Shipping (unless otherwise requested) at the flat-rate of $25 (1-12 bottles) to the lower 48. We reserve the right to hold shipments due to temperature conditions until conditions change for favorable shipping. All members must take full responsibility for the condition of the wines as received if you choose not to follow the shipping guidelines as recommended regarding temperature conditions. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and do not cover the cost of returned and reshipped wine. All reshipped packages will have standard shipping charges applied. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines will be the members responsibility. Members are responsible for updating their shipping address prior to an allocation. All wine orders must be placed and received by adults 21 years or age or older. Members shipping to AK & HI will receive a $25 shipping credit. We do not ship to DE, KY, MS, NH, ND, SD RI & UT.

Members may pick up their wines anytime during or after the release weekend. We kindly ask club members to pick up their allocations within 90 days of release. We know life gets busy so if you can’t make it out to pick up your wines, we are happy to ship them to you. Wines left unclaimed beyond 90 days may be subject to substitutions of equal value.

Most changes can be made online by logging into your wine club account (login above). You may also contact our Wine Club coordinator at cindy@covingtoncellars.com. Cancellations can be made after receiving a minimum of one allocation.

Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Covington Cellars Wine Club is open to individuals 21 years of age or older who live in states where direct shipment of wine is legally permitted. Membership is designed for guests who share our appreciation for great wine, hospitality, and the sense of community that defines Covington Cellars.

Membership Discretion

Covington Cellars reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate any membership at its sole discretion. Our goal is to cultivate a welcoming, enjoyable experience for all members and guests, and to ensure our club community reflects the positive, collaborative spirit of our winery.

Member Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the winery via email before the next scheduled club allocation. Cancellations received after processing has begun may apply to the following release.

Winery-Initiated Termination

Covington Cellars may, at its discretion, suspend or cancel a membership if the member’s participation no longer aligns with the values or environment of the winery. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Repeated dissatisfaction with wine or event offerings despite reasonable efforts to accommodate preferences.

• Disrespectful, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward staff, guests, or other members.

• Violation of winery policies or tasting room guidelines.

In the unlikely event of termination, any unshipped prepaid wines will be refunded or fulfilled at the winery’s discretion, and the member will be removed from club communications.

We believe wine brings people together. Every guest and staff member deserves an atmosphere of kindness, courtesy, and respect. Covington Cellars reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior interferes with that environment.
