Wine and food pairing doesn’t have to be complicated to be good. In this class, Cindy will break down the fundamentals of wine and food pairing in a clear, practical way you can actually use. You’ll learn how acidity, weight, and flavor play together, how to avoid common pairing mistakes, and how to make confident choices at the table. This session is designed to take the mystery out of pairing and make everyday meals more enjoyable.
