Elevate your everyday meals with simple sauces

This class will help you elevate everyday meals using three of the five mother sauces as inspiration, and use pantry staples to enhance the basic sauces for high-quality pairings for your favorite wines. This will be a demonstration cooking class, with wine paired with each sauce and a baguette for dipping. Learn straight from the chef regarding why the sauces pair well with the wines, as well as suggestions for using the sauces for impressive entrees and savory sides.
