Here at Covington Cellars we are just as serious about our food as we are about our wines.  Join us for dinner on Friday night and discover the best kept secret in Woodinville dining.

 Father’s Day Wine Blending Workshop: Sunday: June 16th 2pm

You’ll begin this unique experience with a wine blending workshop led by the winemakers themselves.  Sample three different red wine varietals and learn what differentiates them from one another.  You’ll want to take careful notes because the next two hours you’ll spend blending and tasting as you craft your very own wine!    Once you’ve mastered the art, it’s time to bottle & cork!  We all know that pretty matters, so finish your workshop waxing the top and creating your own custom label (crayons provided).

 This is WAY more than just dinner!  Begin your evening with meeting our chef as she shares some  favorite  tips and techniques while performing cooking demonstrations related to your dinner courses.    Next, enjoy an entertaining winery tour with our winemaker while sipping wine and nibbling on delicious tray-passed hors d’oeuvres.   Finally, you’ll be invited to sit amongst the candle lit barrels for four additional wine-paired courses.   Make your reservation using your pre-paid vouchers by clicking on “schedule reservation” above.  One reservation per voucher number, please.  If you need to purchase tickets to the Supper Club, please call Charlotte at 253.638.1650 weekdays or call the tasting room on weekends at 425.806.8636 .
