Next Wine Blending Workshop is Valentines Weekend
Sunday February 16 2:00-530pm
You’ll begin this unique experience with a wine blending workshop led by the winemakers themselves. Sample three different red wine varietals and learn what differentiates them from one another. You’ll want to take careful notes because the next two hours you’ll spend blending and tasting as you craft your very own wine! Once you’ve mastered the art, it’s time to bottle & cork! We all know that pretty matters, so finish your workshop waxing the top and creating your own custom label (crayons provided).
Now that you’ve worked up an appetite, unwind with your classmates over a four-course, wine paired, family-style dinner that features seasonal, house-made dishes.
