Yellow Jacket Vineyard

Yellow Jacket Vineyard is one of our Beresan Winery’s estate vineyards. The property has been in our family farm operation for over 50 years and is located on Yellow Jacket Lane, thus the name. First planted to grapes in 1999 and is primarily planted to Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is planted on old dry river bed soils, with lots of famous Milton-Freewater cobblestones for terrior and storytelling. The farm has produced many different crops over the years, peaches, apples, tomatoes, corn and melons, and now wine grapes.

Yellow Jacket Vineyard is located just south of Walla Walla Washington, in the newly created “The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater” AVA in Oregon
